UAC concludes contracts worth over $7 bln at MAKS

ZHUKOVSKY, Moscow region, August 18 (Itar-Tass) — The United Aircraft Corporation concluded deals worth 7.5 billion US dollars for the price list supply of 124 civil aircraft during the first three days of the MAKS-2011 air show, the corporation’s press service told Itar-Tass on Thursday.
In particular, the corporation signed contracts for the supply of 50 MS-21 planes to Russian Technologies Corporation (Rostechnologii) and of 28 MS-21 planes to Ilyushin Finance Leasing Company.
Indonesia’s Sky Aviation bought 12 Sukhoi Superjet-100 and Gazpromavia – ten Superjet-100.
The United Aircraft Corporation also concluded a leasing agreement with VEB-leasing, a subsidiary of Russia’s state development bank VEB, for the supply of 24 Superjet-100 for UTair air carrier.
